Very friendly and understanding staff. Made the experience less stressful for me and my dog.

This is Linda. She fractured her leg jumping off the sofa. I know right?! I did multiple calls throughout Austin for surgery, and plenty had a wait of 1-2 weeks with a price range of 2 - 5 K. I was told about Mercy Vet Hospital. I called 5 minutes before close and I spoke to Kenzie. She took care of my poor Linda as soon as I spoke to her. Less than 48 hours later, Linda would be having surgery. Kenzie answered all my questions, took care of everything, explained the process, gave me reassurance, and honestly I could tell she really cared for Linda. Every time I went back for Lindas check ups, everyone would show so much love and care and I just cant thank yall enough. Everyone that made it happen, yall are amazing. This is honestly such a special place. Thank you Mercy Veterinary Hospital and thank you Kenzie for the love and care you showed my Linda.

I took my cat there two different times. One for an injury on her back. One for a complete blood count (decreased apetite). Both times the dr was great telling me everything in details. They were very good drawing the blood and injecting the antibiotics without traumatizing my cat. She came back home happy.They were very helpful with my dog’s condition as well. All the staff and our dr are good at their job and good people also. Our dr took the time, explained everything, told me her stories. Vet technician hugged me while crying. made us easier to say goodbye to our wonderful dog. Made some adjustments so our dog wouldnt be scared of the whole procedure.We appreciate. 💞

Fabulous place. The facility is top notch and the Vets there really care and take their time. They aren't trying to rush you out just to see more people. It's privately owned no corporation only concerned about making money. They really care.
